If you did not receive a name after texting GO to 566587, then the charge failed. Because we cannot charge you, you do not receive the name.
A charge can fail for a number of reasons. Here are some common reasons a charge can fail:
- Your mobile carrier may not participate in our service (check www.whitepages.com/lookup for a list of participating carriers)
- You may have a purchase blocker on your mobile plan. If so, you’ll need to remove the purchase blocker, then text the word GO to 566587.
- You may need to add more funds to your mobile account. Once you’ve done so, text the word GO to 566587.
